Here are pictures of the motor and all the parts.  It took me about 12 mos to get the machine work done and the parts ordered from WW (he takes six months sometimes to send you parts you have paid for already!)  All machine work was done by Jeff Ballard, the last of the experts on the 3100 motors, he is no longer doing any motor work for personal reasons.

Assembled WW VHS Tapes Distributor, prop hub, fly wheel, front starter new, 12 fin oil cooler used, oil pan, rebent oil pickup tube WW, puck and extra pulley.

Other end of motor with bell housing cut out and done.

Side view welded on intakes with primer fitting.  Valves have never been tightened down so springs are still free.  new rocker balls, and rocker studs which will accept roller rockers as well, special ARP lock nuts for valve adjusting.

Other Side of Engine.  has stock oil pan installed to keep clean

Close up of harmonic balancer end (back side of airplane motor)
You can just see the custom ported exhaust stacks on the left side, the heads were enlarged and larger pipes put in with flanges.
Other Parts I forgot  oil filter housing, safety saft, hybid studs, old stock case bolts - case has ARP case locking studs.

Total amount $4,500.00 worth every penny of it and much less than I have into it.

Thanks,
John Monday
