Mike, would you mind expounding on this a little bit? I'm having a hard time following you. And it should be pointed out that simply making one's main spar twice as strong doesn't mean the plane is now ready for double the gross design weight. There's a ripple effect that encompasses the whole structure, includng WAFs, fuselage structure, landing gear, etc., not to mention aerodynamic effects. And what is the part a resin suppose to look like?
