I did the left hand circuit at Meigs and pegged it at 160mph and 2000rpm. It takes a long time for it to slow down, but my flaps up landing was not too bad. This 1835 has much more power than my 1835 has. It's fun even though I do not have a joystick and do it with my mouse and keyboard. Off to fly my favorite the 737. He installed a small venturi to assist in the removal of the waste liquid. On the first/and only attempted use, his ah ah, well you know, got in the suction. After several attempts to stall and remove, he was unable to remove it, and had to make an emergency landing. Upon touch down his was able to clear his "plug". I used the spell check on juno and that's what I came up with. The correct spelling 'pitot' tube for the airspeed was what I was looking. I couldn't find it in any of the plans, and I have the KR-1 & Kr-2S and found nothing about placement. Then as I was talking to someone else on the net. I found the info. So all is well at this point. By the way, how are you doing on your project. I should have the KR-1 flying again soon. It's a 1600 VW and I'm turning it around and using a rear drive with electric start and alternator. Right now the 2s is up in the rafters in my shop. I have 40% done with 90% left to go.
