I found a (semi)local wood outlet that carries "d" grade spruce. The "d" grade is better than #1 grade, but I will still have to spend some time picking out the good stuff. A 3/4"x 5 3/4" (or a 1 x 6 to the rest of the world) 14' long is going to set me back $19.00. My first preference is the Exide motorcycle battery. Good company. If it were not so difficult to pull the battery out of my XV1100, I would just take it with me when I went flying. - Cary - -Cary Honeywell - Ottawa Ontario Canada caryh@home.com ve3ev@rac.ca Home page http://24.112.208.98/ KR2 area http://24.112.208.98/kr2/kr2.shtml -----Original Message----- From: Don Woodard To: KR-net users group Date: Monday, February 28, 2000 8:04 PM Subject: [kr-net] Battery size > > >Cary Honeywell & Mark Langford Many >thanks for the battery inputs.
