Excellent, I will have one with you. I just finished loading up my right wing for the trip to the airport in the morning. It is complete and I will be installing it on the plane while I await the arrival of a couple of KR builders who are meeting me at the airport. The left wing is painted and almost complete. It will be installed next weekend and then I am ready for inspection and flight....finally, after 6 1/2 years. It will be easier to get off, if when you put it on, you put it on as thick as you can. Where it is thin, usually around the edges, it can be a real pain even if you don't have these other issues to be concerned about. I think that when you put the new coat over the bad stuff, you also need to put it on very thick, and will have to let it set up for at least a week, maybe more. It will need to get tough if you have any hope of it's doing any good in peeling the old stuff off of there. I had to take the stuff off of the parts of the bubble that came from Rand. It could have been 20 years old and I did get worried that I may never get it off, but eventually the fingernails prevailed. There is a time for building and a time for FLYING and the time for building has expired. See N64KR at http://KR-Builder.org - Then click on the pics Daniel R. Heath - Columbia, SC See you in Mt.
