I would like to clamp down the other spar cap also, but the clamps are not that deep. That is the advantage to doing the second spar cap after the first one is dry like Mark shows on his web site. The advantage to doing both in one setup is that you don't have to worry about having to remove a glue bead where the second spar needs to go later. Both methods have their good and bad points. And well thought out. You should have sufficient time with the T-88 to accomplish what you propose. Just remember that T-88 is as slick as owl poop until it starts to set and things can move around if you are not careful. To: "KRnet" Message-ID: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" HI Kr builder's Can any one tell me if you must heat shrink fit the prop hub on? The only reason I don't want to do this is because the heat will damage the oil seal/wiper that came with this engine. The additional oil wipe/seal is epoxies on. What is the torque set rating for the prop hub crank bolt? I'm Very happy to hear that he was up and walking around. I imagine that some of you along the east coast know of Mike. I sold it to him last week. He had told me that he had flown KR's for a while. I took his word for it and went on with the sale. I have no idea what could have gone wrong but I know that with the side arm stick that it is (was) verrrrrrrrry sensitive in all control perimeters. So I guess that I'll just have to wait for the report like the rest of you. Does anyone know which hospitol Mike was taken to? I'd like to call and see how he's doing. If there's any other information.
